Super mario 3d world review12/23/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() I say “mini” here, because while the world of Bowser’s Fury is sizable, the undertaking is far more straightforward. However, what makes this particular release so interesting is the inclusion of the standalone add-on game, Bowser’s Fury.īowser’s Fury uses many of the elements, such as power ups, enemies and level elements, from Super Mario 3D World but is instead set up as a mini-open world game. ![]() It’s still a massive game though and even if you get to the climactic boss fight with Bowser, you are still only halfway through fully completing the game. There are a few tweaks, such as a slightly faster movement speed for the player, and a change to the whole sticker setup, but this is mostly a straight port to the Switch. For all intents and purposes though, Super Mario 3D World is the same game we had on the Wii U.
